## Errors

Permissions and schedules are enforced on the server, never in the agent. Each error has a sentence the agent can say to the owner and a place in the app where it is fixed.

| Error | Meaning | Agent says to the owner | Fixed in |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| CAMERA\_BLOCKED | Restroom or changing area camera | "That camera can’t be connected." | Cannot be fixed |
| CAMERA\_OFF | The owner has not turned that camera on | "Turn on that camera for agents in Rikuy." | Cameras |
| OUTSIDE\_SCHEDULE | Hour not allowed | "That hour is outside the schedule you set." | Schedule |
| BEYOND\_DAYS\_BACK | Further back than allowed | "Rikuy allows looking back N days." | Schedule |
| NOTICES\_PENDING | Employee notice or sign missing | "Post the employee notice and sign first." | Notices |
| ACCESS\_CUT | The owner cut all access | "You cut all access in Rikuy." | Top bar |
| BRIDGE\_OFFLINE | The Bridge does not answer | "The Rikuy Bridge at the store is offline." | Setup |
| CAMERA\_OFFLINE | The camera has no signal | "Camera N has no signal." | Cameras |
| RECORDING\_NOT\_FOUND | No recording in that range | "The recorder has nothing for that time." | Camera detail |
| MEMBERSHIP\_INACTIVE | Unpaid or canceled | "Your Rikuy membership is not active." | Membership |
| RATE\_LIMITED | Location usage limit reached | "Try again in a few minutes." | Nothing to fix |
