No. Rikuy works with the recorder you already have. Hikvision and Dahua families come first, including white labels like Lorex; Reolink and any RTSP or ONVIF camera follow. We check compatibility before anything else. ### What does it cost? Your first location is free, up to 4 cameras, no card. Standard is $7 per person per month and agents never count. More plans for more cameras and several locations are coming. ### Who decides what my agent can see? You. Pick cameras and hours, see every look in Activity, and cut all access in one tap.
