## What we collect from owners

Name, email, phone, business, locations and language. Payment details go to Stripe, not to us.

## What passes through Rikuy

Frames and short clips the owner’s agent asks for, without audio. They are delivered to the agent and not kept as video in our cloud.

## The activity log

Every look is logged: time, agent, tool, camera, range, purpose, result and the agent’s conclusion. Kept for 12 months.

## Thumbnails and clips

One small thumbnail per look, kept 30 days by default; the owner can shorten it. Clip links expire in 24 hours.

## What we never do

No face recognition, no audio, no restroom or changing area cameras. Further commitments to be written by counsel.

## Employees and customers

How people seen on camera can ask questions, through the owner and through Rikuy. The owner posts a notice and a sign in English and Spanish.

## Who we share with

The owner’s chosen agents, Stripe for billing, and the cloud providers that run Rikuy. A list of subprocessors will be published.

## Your choices and contact

Access, export and deletion of the account and its log. Contact address and US state rights, to be written by counsel.
