Rikuy doesn't charge per look. But every frame your agent reads counts against the plan you already pay for, at Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI or Meta. So Rikuy sends compact frames and caps how many come in one look. Estimate for Claude, which counts about (width ÷ 28) × (height ÷ 28) tokens per image. No. Free is your first location, up to 4 cameras and 3 people, with no card and no time limit. You add a card only when you move to Standard. ### Why is Free so generous? Because we are learning from real stores. On Free, Rikuy may use anonymized look data and your corrections to improve Rikuy. Your video and clips are never sold or shared. Standard turns this off. ### What counts as a person? Someone who signs in to approve, read the activity or change the rules. Agents never count. Connect one or ten, the price does not change. ### What if I have more than 4 cameras or more than one store? Standard covers up to 3 locations with 16 cameras each. Premium has no limit on stores or cameras. ### What does my agent pay to look? Rikuy does not charge per look. Each image your agent reads uses tokens from your own AI plan, about 1,200 tokens per frame on Claude. Rikuy caps a look at 24 frames. ### Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Membership, Manage billing, Cancel. It opens the Stripe portal. You can export your activity before it is deleted. ### Do I need new cameras or a new recorder?
