## What Rikuy never does.

These are not settings you have to find. They are how the product is built, and the instructions every agent receives say the same.

### No audio, ever

The Bridge drops the audio track at the store. No tool can return sound, because sound never leaves the recorder.

### No restrooms or changing areas

Mark a camera as restroom or changing area and it is blocked for good. Rikuy never asks the recorder for that channel.

### No video in our cloud

Your footage stays on your recorder. We keep small thumbnails of each look and short clips your agent asked for, then delete them.

### No faces, no scores

There is no tool to recognize faces, and agents are told not to identify people, read emotions or score employees.

### No look without a record

Every frame or clip creates a look in your activity, with the agent, the camera, the time range and the purpose.

### No decisions about people

Your agent tells you what it saw. You watch the clip and you decide. Every answer reminds the agent of that.

## The look is logged before the image leaves.

Rikuy writes the look first: which agent, which camera, what time range, and the purpose it gave. If that record can't be written, the image isn't sent. Every answer carries the same note to your agent.

Rikuy makes both with your business name, in English and Spanish. No camera turns on for agents until you mark both as posted; we save the date and version.

This business uses video cameras for security and operations: the register, doors, counter and stockroom.

Cameras record images only. No audio is recorded.

There are no cameras in restrooms or changing areas. Cameras in break areas start turned off.

The owner may use an AI assistant to review video. Every review is logged.

The assistant does not identify people or score anyone's work. Any decision about a person is made by the owner, after watching the video.

Cameras are not used to watch union or other legally protected activity.

## What we keep, and for how long.

Your video stays on your recorder. Rikuy keeps only what proves what your agent saw, and deletes it on a schedule you can read.

## The rules we built around.

A summary, not legal advice.

§ 934.03 · audio

Recording a conversation needs everyone's consent. Rikuy works with images only and drops audio at the source.

§ 810.145 · private spaces

No recording where people undress. Those cameras are blocked, and the sign gives the notice the law recognizes.

§ 501.171 · data breaches

If something goes wrong, we tell you within 10 days, as Florida asks of a third-party agent.
