Four steps. About ten minutes.

Your cameras stay off for every agent until you turn them on. Your recorder must already be connected with the Rikuy Bridge.

  1. 1

In Muse for Small Business, add a custom connector for Rikuy.

  2. 2

Sign in with your Rikuy account and approve Muse.

  3. 3

Turn on the cameras Muse may see and set their hours in Schedule.

  4. 4

Ask on WhatsApp: "Is pump 4 blocked right now?"

What this platform allows.

We test Muse after launch. Until then, treat it as a preview.

Same rules as every agent: cameras start off, your hours apply, every look is recorded.

Checked on our server, not in the agent.

Every camera starts off. Your schedule and days back apply. Restroom cameras can never be turned on. Every look needs a purpose and is recorded before any image leaves. Answers carry the note "Review the clip before you act."

Ask Muse like you would ask your manager.

Plain questions about the store. Muse picks the camera by what it sees, looks at the hours you allow and tells you what it found.

Pump 4 is clear right now. A car left 2 minutes ago. Pumps 1 and 2 are in use.
Tell me on WhatsApp if a car waits more than 10 minutes.
