Self-storage cameras your agent can check against the gate log.

Many facilities run with little or no staff on site. Your agent can look at the gate, the hallways and the office, and match what it sees with the gate codes.

Who came in between 10 PM and 6 AM, and does it match the gate codes?

The problem

Remote sites, rounds that cost money.

Night guard rounds are a real line in the budget. Cameras are almost everywhere already; looking at them after hours is the hard part.

~99%

of storage facilities surveyed use cameras.

Three questions owners ask.

In plain words, in English or Spanish, from the agent you already use. Your agent picks the camera by what it sees, and every look is written down.

Example conversation. Answers depend on your cameras and your records.

Who came in between 10 PM and 6 AM, and does it match the gate codes?
I will take each gate entry from the access log and check Camera 1 and the hallway cameras at those minutes. Entries with no code will be flagged.

Any sign someone is living or working inside a unit?
I will look for lights, repeated long visits and doors left open on the hallway cameras overnight, and list what I find for you to review.

How many people visited the office today, and how many rented?
I will count office visitors on Camera 2 and compare with new rentals in your management software.

General Florida rules.

§

No facial recognition. Rikuy does not identify people or sell data.

§

No audio. Florida requires the consent of everyone in a conversation to record it (Fla. Stat. 934.03), so Rikuy drops audio at the source.

§

No restrooms or changing areas (Fla. Stat. 810.145). Cameras tagged that way are blocked and cannot be turned on.

Not directly in the first version. Export the gate log or give your agent access to it, and Rikuy supplies the video for the same minutes.

No. Rikuy works with the recorder you already have. Hikvision and Dahua families come first, including white labels like Lorex; Reolink and any RTSP or ONVIF camera follow. We check compatibility before anything else.
