Rikuy is a service for businesses in the United States, starting in Florida. Not for personal or home use.
What Rikuy does
Connects the owner’s existing recorder to the owner’s own AI agent through the Rikuy Bridge and an MCP server. Video stays on the recorder; no video is stored in our cloud.
Your responsibilities
Post the employee notice and the store sign before any camera is turned on, follow local camera and privacy laws, and never connect restroom or changing area cameras.
Your agent
The owner chooses and controls the agent. Rikuy records every look, but the agent’s answers are the agent’s. Review the clip before acting on what an agent says.
Plans and payment
Free covers your first location, up to 4 cameras and 3 people. Standard is $7 per person per month and Premium is $27. Agents never count. Stripe processes cards; Rikuy and the agent never see them. Price and renewal terms are shown before any charge.
Cancel at any time
From Membership, through the Stripe portal, at the end of the period or right away. The owner can export the activity log before it is deleted.
Availability and limits
Rikuy depends on the store’s power, network and recorder. Each location has a usage limit. Service may pause for maintenance.
