Security cameras for convenience stores that someone actually watches.

Your recorder already films the register, the lottery counter and the back door. Rikuy lets your own agent look, and check it against what the register and the lottery terminal say.

Did the night shift hand out more scratch-offs than the lottery terminal shows?

The problem

Florida makes you record. Nobody makes you watch.

If your store sells groceries between 11 PM and 5 AM, state law asks for a camera system that records. It does not ask anyone to look. Every no-sale, void and scratch-off is in your register and your lottery terminal, minute by minute.

Three questions owners ask.

In plain words, in English or Spanish, from the agent you already use. Your agent picks the camera by what it sees, and every look is written down.

Example conversation. Answers depend on your cameras and your records.

Did the night shift hand out more scratch-offs than the lottery terminal shows?
Yes. The terminal shows 38 tickets after 11 PM. Camera 1 shows 52 handed over the counter, the extra 14 between 2:10 and 3:40 AM. Want the clips?

Which no-sales or voids happened on the night shift, and what does the camera show then?
I will match each no-sale and void in the register report with Camera 1 at that minute and list the ones with no customer at the counter.

How many customers came in each hour, and how many transactions did we ring?
I will count people at the front door on Camera 3 by hour and put it next to the transactions from your register export.

§

Convenience Business Security Act: stores open 11 PM to 5 AM need a security camera system that records and retrieves images (Fla. Stat. 812.173). Fines up to $5,000 (812.175).

§

No audio. Florida requires the consent of everyone in a conversation to record it (Fla. Stat. 934.03), so Rikuy drops audio at the source.

§

No restrooms or changing areas (Fla. Stat. 810.145). Cameras tagged that way are blocked and cannot be turned on.

Something else? Ask your agent to read rikuy.si/llms.txt, or request a demo and ask us.

No. Your reports stay where they are. Your agent reads them next to the video and tells you which minutes do not add up. Any decision about a person is yours.

No. Rikuy works with the recorder you already have. Hikvision and Dahua families come first, including white labels like Lorex; Reolink and any RTSP or ONVIF camera follow. We check compatibility before anything else.
