What Rikuy is for
Answering questions about the owner’s own business: the night shift, the register, the pumps, deliveries, open doors.
Never in private spaces
No restroom, changing area or other private space. Those cameras are blocked and cannot be turned on.
No identifying people by face
No face recognition or tracking individuals across cameras. Agents are told to describe facts, not identify people.
Notice first
No camera is turned on before the employee notice and the store sign are posted.
Decisions stay human
An agent can flag a look. Any decision about a person is made by the owner, after reviewing the clip.
No audio, no hidden cameras
Audio is dropped at the Bridge. Hidden cameras are not supported.
Agent platform rules
Owners also follow the rules of the agent they use, for example Anthropic and OpenAI usage policies.
What happens if it is broken
Rikuy can cut a location’s access and close the account. Process to be written by counsel.
